My vision for this #WalkInto2018 walking workout was to bring you a sunny beachwalk from Florida...but the weather and my health did not cooperate. As such, we are live in my living room this week. You will see my child running through the shot, my dog under my feet, and maybe even my husband walk right in front of the camera. For those of you who exercise at home, can you relate???
